Dirección encargada de diseñar estrategias encaminadas a la correcta administración de personal de conformidad con los recursos presupuestales y políticas establecidas por la Dirección General y en su caso la Coordinación General de Planeación y Administración.
Supervisar el proceso de reclutamiento, selección, contratación y capacitación del personal administrativo, resguardo de documentos, así mismo se participa en la realización de los procesos de cambios de adscripción y permutas del personal docente y de apoyo y asistencia a la educación.
Así como las demás que le confieren las disposiciones legales aplicables y le encomiende su superior jerárquico.
